*When you e-mail us, type 'I'm away from (the start date) till (the end date).' in the title of your e-mail to avoid confusion in our inbox.

b) The WarKidz guild you are in.
c) The (starting and end) date that you will be away.
d) Your reason (optional)
NOTE :
- During the date that you have given us, you will NOT be considered unactive.
- We will give you 1 week grace period after the end date that you have given us. Why do we give a week grace period? If you the event that you are involved is extended, you cannot play maple. That's why. If after that one week grace period, you are not active still, we will consider you as unactive for one week (during that 1 week that we gave you as grace period) and counting.
IF YOU WANT TO JOIN BACK TO THE GUILD AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN ACCIDENTLY EXPELLED OR LEFT THE GUILD.
Want to join back after been accidently expelled or left the guild? Tell us and we'll invite you back.

Do NOT send/forward us INVITATIONS from third parties NON-AFFILIATES with us. We will automatically delete it before we even read it.
Why?
1. It's a waste of our time. We are not intrested in any of these offer/invitations. And we will never be.
2. It might have harmful viruses. We (you also) wouldn't want our e-mail and our whole account crash. You would be forwarding the message for fun but ever thought that it might had viruses?
TIP : Use virus-scanners to keep your computer safe as it should be.

Your E-MAIL, NAME and OTHER PERSONAL INFOMATION that you gave us, will be KEPT SAFE and will NOT BE EXPOSED TO OTHERS. We will also NOT release the personal infomation even if you have left the guild.
